HODINA x Minimalissimo – Defining the archetypal timepiece

WHAT An exclusive design collaboration between HODINA & Minimalissimo to produce 300 limited edition timepieces. Back This Project On Kickstarter And Get A Huge Discount On The Watch! Visit Kickstarter THE CREATORS HODINA is a minimalist watch brand with its European roots in mind. HODINA means “hour” in Ukrainian. Our inspiration comes from our father Vladimir. He started as a watch repair specialist at age 18. He raised an ambitious and watch-loving son, Vadim, who went on to create HODINA. Minimalissimo is an established magazine dedicated to minimalism in design. We aim to inspire creatives and showcase the finest examples of art, architecture, fashion, furniture, and product design—bringing you a curated selection of the most captivating work from both established makers as well as emerging talents. Together we wanted to create a timepiece for you that reflects both our brand’s minimalism ideology with Minimalissimo’s distinctive design influence.   WHY We collaborated with Minimalissimo on this limited edition project because of our shared vision for a minimalist lifestyle and timeless design. Minimalism for us means living a simple, well-curated and clutter-free life. That applies to how we manage our time, what we wear, and ultimately how we perceive the world. When you focus on what is important, you realize that what remains doesn’t really need to be there. Our values are simplicity, aesthetic design and functionality. A shared passion for minimalism expressed in the form of a timepiece. Italian vegetable-tanned leather. Subtly engraved markers and branding. The sapphire glass displays a beautiful sheen. INSPIRATION The watch case design is inspired by a smooth rock that you would find at the shore of an ocean. The brushed dial is inspired by raw industrial steel materials. We went with white contrasted on black because it highlights your focus on what is important; the hands and the date. The Italian leather is reputable and ages well so we knew we needed this important element. Additional details, such as the sapphire glass, surgical steel and watch movement, was simply inspired behind the thinking “Quality over Quantity.” The case structure inspiration was taken from a smooth rock & raw industrial steel texture. PROCESS Our initial process included brainstorming what was “essential” in a timepiece and what wasn’t. Typically, watches have a seconds hand and seconds marks, but we learned quickly that people don’t necessarily utilize these functions. Quality being the theme, we emphasized the materials we will use. The next step was to illustrate concepts based on our inspirations of a smooth rock, industrial textures and a minimalist design philosophy. After months of collaboration and discussion, we chose our winner. SPECS 38mm diameter case (unisex) 7mm slim & contoured depth Sapphire crystal 316L surgical-grade steel / PVD coated Japanese movement w/date (5-year battery life) Italian vegetable-tanned leather – interchangeable strap (18mm width) 5ATM water resistance Serialized from 001/300 to 300/300 1-year limited warranty FOLLOW HODINA & MINIMALISSIMO! 5 ways to build traffic before building a website

1. Setup A Google My Business Account This is essentially how people will find you when they Google your business. If you want your business to have a footprint online, this is definitely step one. Make sure you add photos, begin to gather reviews and fully complete your profile. Google setup 2. Create A Yelp Business Profile Since Yelp is a big ‘business reviews’ platform it only makes sense to have a presence there. Your business might be recognized automatically, but you will still need to “claim your business” to get your profile activated. Yelp setup 3. Create A Houzz Account This only applies to you if you’re a construction, interior design or architecture company. Houzz is a social network specifically intended for home-related services. Make sure you sign up and post your projects there! You can also add keywords and project details to help with search optimization. Houzz setup 4. Create An Instagram, Facebook And Pinterest Having a Social Media presence is a pretty basic thing now-a-days. You don’t have to post often, but at least make an effort to post something. Put up a professional logo as your profile picture and post some pictures of your work, your team or something else that is authentic. The key is “authentic” content. People are a lot smarter now than before and the last thing anyone wants to see is content with an ulterior motive. Instagram   Facebook   Pinterest 5. Post Your Services On Craigslist Or Facebook Marketplace When I first started building websites, I was desperate for business so I began posting my web design services everywhere including Craigslist. I later realized that a lot of my really serious clients were coming from there. You’d be surprised where your business leads are coming from. The key thing is to be creative and experiment what works and what doesn’t. Craigslist   Facebook

They utilize the ten principles of good design by Dieter Rams to influence their design decisions, creating designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. Dieter Rams, a German industrial designer, is known for his ten principles of good design, which have been widely adopted in the design world. Circle Tech Solutions uses these principles to guide their design process, ensuring that their work meets the highest standards of quality and usability. 1 — Good Design Is Innovative The first principle, “Good design is innovative,” is a core value at Circle Tech Solutions. They create designs that are visually stunning, using a minimalist approach to create clean, elegant designs that are both beautiful and functional. They believe that good design should communicate a message clearly and effectively, making it easy for users to understand what a product or website is all about. SEO and Design Aesthetic have to go hand-in-hand

At Circle Tech Solutions, we believe that every website should have the perfect marriage of SEO and aesthetics. It’s not enough to have a wordy website or to focus solely on user experience without considering SEO. Why? Because without SEO, your website may not even be found by the very users you want to reach. Think of SEO as the bridge that connects your website to your audience. It’s the way that search engines like Google and Bing understand what your website is about and whether it’s relevant to a user’s search query. SEO is crucial to ensuring that your website appears in search results and attracts the right kind of traffic. But SEO alone is not enough. A website that’s optimized for search engines but lacks aesthetic appeal and a focus on user experience will ultimately fail to engage visitors and convert them into customers. That’s why the perfect marriage of SEO and aesthetics is so important. When it comes to website design, aesthetics are not just about making things pretty. Aesthetic design is about creating a visual language that communicates your brand’s values and identity to your audience. It’s about creating a user experience that’s both engaging and memorable. When combined with SEO, aesthetic design helps to ensure that your website is not only found by users, but that it also delivers a positive user experience that encourages them to engage with your brand. At Circle Tech Solutions, we take a holistic approach to website design. We start by understanding your business, your audience, and your goals. Then we create a design that’s tailored to your needs, with a focus on both SEO and aesthetics. We pay attention to every detail, from the colors and fonts we use to the way the website is structured and organized. We make sure that your website not only looks great but also functions seamlessly, with intuitive navigation and clear calls to action. In the end, the perfect marriage of SEO and aesthetics is what sets great websites apart from mediocre ones. It’s what allows businesses to stand out in a crowded digital landscape and connect with their audience in a meaningful way. At Circle Tech Solutions, we believe that every website deserves the perfect marriage of SEO and aesthetics, and we’re committed to delivering it to our clients.
